A US judge has ordered the Trump administration to suspend its construction of a $400m ballroom at the White House.
The first permanent structure is a gas insulated switchgear building. Seven GE Vernova turbines will arrive later this year.
The judge said US presidents are not owners of the White House and Congress must approve any changes to the building.
